Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase and proud to own music from Kris and the Riverbend Dutchmen. Because our CDs and DVDs are physical media, we do have some necessary limits on returns.
All Sales of Opened Media Are Final: Opened CDs and DVDs cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with broken shrink wrap or opened packaging.
Unopened Merchandise: Unopened and unused CDs or DVDs may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, sealed condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your CD or DVD arrives damaged, defective, or unplayable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund in these cases. Proof of damage (such as a photo) may be requested.
